Roads Engineering Report

The condition of the roads in the Uplands does not reflect a neighborhood of multimillion dollar homes. The Geokinetics road report revealed significant deferred maintenance issues throughout the Uplands.  It is important to properly repair these issues to prevent more serious road and underground utilities issues from developing.  We are fortunate to have Bill Gelpe on the board to direct the needed repairs as he has a clear understanding of the technical engineering processes and costs involved.  This work will be expensive so a phased approach will be needed which controls annual cost and addresses the most serious problems first.  Please support this repair effort so we can have attractive and sound roads throughout our neighborhood.
